WHY WE EXIST
Most organisations know AI matters. Few know what to actually do about it.
The market is full of vendors pushing tools, agencies selling hype, and consultants who’ve never had to make technology work inside a real organisation. We started AIC because we’ve been on the other side of that — leading operations, building training programmes, and watching businesses waste time and money on AI they weren’t ready for.
We exist to close that gap. Practical assessment, honest advice, and hands-on support that leaves organisations genuinely better equipped — not dependent on us.

Chris has spent 10 years in technology and education, including as COO of one of the europes leading training providers. He leads AIC's consultancy engagements, working directly with leadership teams to assess AI maturity, cut through complexity, and build strategies that hold up in practice. He has built AI solutions for clients across healthcare, education, and professional services.
Myles Hughes
Partner
Myles has built a career at the intersection of technology, learning and organisational performance. He has consulted with FTSE 100 companies and led the deployment of technical analysts across organisations including Accenture, Tesco Mobile, Centrica, Total Energies and the NHS — giving him a rare understanding of how large, complex businesses actually adopt and embed new capability.
